Data that may be collected
When you send a request, the contact details, project description, location, preferences, technical information, and files you choose to upload may be processed.
The language preference, configurator answers, and contact details remain local in the browser until intentional submission. The local draft may keep references to selected files stored privately.
Minimal technical retry state does not copy your answers and expires no later than the draft, within 30 days.
Files selected in the configurator are transferred before final submission to private temporary storage. That transfer does not create a project record or notify the contractor. Files attach to a project only when the final request is sent; abandoned pending files expire.
For abuse prevention, the network address is transformed into a pseudonymous identifier; resulting events are deleted after 24 hours.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to assess the request, communicate about the project, and take steps at your request before a possible contract. Where applicable, processing may continue for legal obligations or relevant legitimate interests.
Retention and protection
Requests are configured for a retention period of 90 days unless a legal obligation or contractual relationship requires a different period.
Project files are intended for private storage and are not published as portfolio images without separate permission.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection within the limits provided by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
